Facelift – Is it Right For You?

In our office, we don’t have a one-size-fits-all approach to changing someone’s face. Every person begins with a naturally beautiful and unique look, but over time our corners begin to sag or our skin may develop dark spots. However, we’ve met very few people that need to rebuild a completely new face. Most patients simply need a smoothing here, or a tuck there, to reveal the life below the surface. Our most frequent procedure these days is an MACS-lift (Minimal Access Cranial Suspension lift), which allows for the correction of sagging facial features through a short incision around the ears.

In this edition of the Dr. Moliver Video Blog, we talk about facelift. Is this cosmetic procedure right for you?

The results of your facelift may be subtle or dramatic, depending on your appearance prior to the surgery as well as the specific goals that you and Dr. Moliver have established. Since the healing process is gradual, you should expect to wait several weeks for an accurate picture of your “new look.” Additional minor changes or settling may occur over several months following your facelift surgery.
