This 40 year old mother of one, who works in retail and came to our office from Baytown, Texas. She is interested in breast enhancement. She is 5’5” and weighs 140 pounds. During her consultation, she stated she had been wanting to do this for a long time. The surgeon found her to be a great candidate for breast augmentation and her surgery was scheduled shortly thereafter in our private surgical suite in Webster, Texas. To achieve the look she was after, 400cc silicone gel implants were placed in a submuscular position, using an inframammary incision. Two days later, the patient walked back in to our office for her first follow up visit. Three months after her surgery, her after pictures were taken and she could not be any happier with her results.
