Breast Augmentation with Mastopexy Case #80

This is a 29 year old mother of one from Kingwood, Texas, who works as an accountant.  She arrived at our office in Webster, Texas interested in breast enhancement and a possible lift. During her consultation, the surgeon discovered bilateral slightly tubular breasts with very large areolas and grade I to II ptosis (drooping). The recommendation was for a periareolar (donut) mastopexy (lift), which would give her a slight lift and decrease the size of her areolas, in combination with a breast augmentation. The procedure to place in our private surgical suite. There, the surgeon placed 425cc silicone gel implants in a submuscular position using a periareolar incision. The surgery went well and the patient went home the same day. She was able to return to work 1 week later. Her after pictures were taken three months post op at which time she shared with us how pleased she was with her results.
