Breast Augmentation Case #113

This is a 22 year old, mother of two, who works as a waitress in Galveston, Texas. She arrived at our office in Webster, Texas desiring breast enhancement. She admits to being very self conscious of her small breasts. During consultation, the surgeon found her to have A cup breasts, with no dominant masses or ptosis (drooping). She a good candidate for breast augmentation. The procedure was performed in our private surgical suite, 500cc silicone gel implants were chosen in order to achieve the look the patient desired. They were placed in  a submuscular position, using an inframammary incision. The patient went home the same day and returned for her first follow up two days later. At subsequent visits, she continued to progress beautifully. Her pictures were taken 3 months after her procedure and she was very pleased with the results.
