Breast Augmentation Case #12

This patient is a 30-year-old homemaker who worked hard to regain her figure after the birth of her 2 children. She weighs 115 pounds and is 5’4”. She was generally pleased with her body, but wanted fuller breasts.

During her breast augmentation consultation at Houston Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, this patient learned she was an excellent candidate for breast augmentation. Her nipples were above the inframmamary fold and there was no breast sagging (ptosis). The surgeon recommended breast augmentation using 700cc silicone gel breast implants placed under the chest muscle using a breast crease incision for the most natural-looking results.

The patient had her procedure in our private plastic surgery suite in Webster, Texas, and went home the same day. The "after" photo was taken 3 months following her surgery, and she could not be happier with her results.
