Breast Augmentation Case #133

This is a single 26 year old young lady, who works as a bartender in Kemah, Texas. She came in to our office hoping she would be a good candidate for breast augmentation. She is 5’7” and weighs 122 pounds. During her consultation, the surgeon found her to have nicely shaped A cup breasts, with no ptosis (drooping). The recommendation was for a breast augmentation using 500cc silicone gel implants, placed in a submuscular position, using an inframammary incision. The procedure was performed in our private surgical suite in Webster, Texas and the patient went home the same day. She returned to our office for all of her post surgical visits, each time looking and feeling better than before. She was able to return to her bartending duties 2 weeks after her surgery, admitting to a significant increase in her tips!
