Breast Augmentation Case #40

This is a 30 year old mother of two, who works as a paralegal in Baytown, Texas.  She is interested in a breast augmentation. She feels her breasts have deflated after the birth of her children. During her consultation, the surgeon discovered nicely shaped B cup breasts with no ptosis or dominate masses. The recommendation was for breast augmentation using 325cc saline implants. The procedure took place in our private surgical suite in Webster, Texas, where the surgeon placed the implants in a submuscular position, using an inframammary incision, then filled the saline implants to 375cc in order to achieve the look the patient desired. The patient was very pleased with her results.
