Breast Augmentation Case #64

This is a 30 year old mother of two, who works at a law firm in Houston, Texas.  She is interested in a breast augmentation. During the examination the breasts were B cup with nipples about a ½ centimeter off in terms of nipple sternal length but volume wise they were approximately the same. In addition, the left chest had some asymmetry and projected out a little more than the right. All of these findings were pointed out to the patient ahead of time and she was reassured that the augmentation would lessen the appearance of the differences between the breasts. The recommendation was for breast augmentation using saline implants. The procedure took place in our private surgical suite in Webster, Texas, where the surgeon placed 450cc saline implants in a submuscular position, using an inframammary incision, then filled the implants to 520cc’s in order to achieve the look the patient desired. The patient was very pleased with her results, now she has fuller breasts and a more symmetric appearance.
