Breast Augmentation Case #88

This is 39 year old divorced mother of one, who works as a receptionist for a construction company in Texas City, Texas.  She is interested in a breast augmentation. During her consultation, the surgeon found a very slender patient with bilateral B cup breasts with involutional atrophy (deflation) that showed mostly in the upper pole of her breasts. In addition, there was some slight asymmetry and rib cage abnormalities secondary to some mild scoliosis. The recommendation was for breast augmentation using saline implants. The procedure took place in our private surgical suite in Webster, Texas, where the surgeon used an inframammary incision to place the 275cc saline implants in a submuscular position. Then, in order to achieve the look the patient desired, overfilled the implants to 330ccs. The surgery was successful and the patient went home the same day. She was able to return to work after a few days. At her three month post op appointment she shared with us how happy she was with her decision to have the surgery.
