Breast Augmentation with Mastopexy Case #23

This is a 33 year old, married mother of two, who desires cosmetic improvement of her breasts. She works as an office manager for a building company in Cypress, Texas. During her consultation, she reveals that she would really like to have fuller breasts, but has concerns that she might need more than just implants in order to get the look she desired. On examination, the patient had grade 1 ptosis (drooping) and her areolas were a bit large. The recommendation was for a periareolar mastopexy (lift), which would give her a slight lift with a smaller size areola, in combination with a breast augmentation using 550cc silicone implants. The procedure was performed at our private surgical suite in Webster, Texas on a Thursday, the patient went home the same day and was able to return to work the next Monday. Three months later, she is very pleased with her results.
