Breast Augmentation with Mastopexy Case #52

This is a 29 year old, single mother of one, who works as a nurse in the medical center.  She arrived at our office in Webster, Texas from Deer Park interested in breast enhancement. During her consultation, the surgeon discovered bilateral A cup breasts with large areolas. The recommendation was for a periareolar (donut) mastopexy (lift), mostly to decrease the size of her areolas, in combination with a breast augmentation. The procedure to place in our private surgical suite. There, the surgeon placed 500cc silicone gel implants in a submuscular position using a periareolar incision. The surgery went well and the patient went home the same day. Three months later, her after pictures were taken and the patient was very happy with her results.
