Breast Augmentation with Mastopexy Case #90

This is a 57 year old, married mother of two from League City, Texas. She works as an engineer at NASA. She desires cosmetic improvement of her breasts. During her consultation, the exam revealed a volume difference of about 100cc’s and ptosis (drooping) The recommendation was for a periareolar mastopexy (lift), which would give her a slight lift with a smaller size areolas, in combination with a breast augmentation using two different size silicone gel implants in order to correct the volume difference. The procedure was performed at our private surgical suite in Webster, Texas. There, the surgeon placed a 400cc implant in the left breast and a 500cc implant in the right; both in a submuscular position using an areolar incision. The patient went home the same day and was able to return to work a week later.
