Case Details
This 35 year old male came to us desiring improvement in appearance of chest. Patient had used anabolic steroids or prohormones on and off in the past.
Upon examination both breasts were greatly enlarged, but the breast tissue did not present with any dominant masses. The recommendation was to move forward with a bilateral excision of gynecomastia via an areolar incision with tapering liposuction.
The patient's photos were taken only 2 weeks after surgery and he was extremely pleased with the results.
