Breast Augmentation Case #69

This is an 18 year old young lady who works as a waitress in a sports bar and grill in the Clear Lake area.  She is interested in a breast augmentation. During her consultation, the examination revealed nicely shaped A cup breasts with no ptosis (drooping) and no dominant masses. The recommendation was for breast augmentation using saline implants. The procedure took place in our private surgical suite in Webster, Texas, where the surgeon used an inframammary incision to place 525cc saline implants in a submuscular position. Then, in order to achieve the look the patient desired, overfilled the implants to 630ccs. The surgery was successful and the patient went home the same day. She was able to return to work 2 weeks later and admitted to having an increase in tips when she returned 3 months later for her post op pictures.
