Breast Augmentation Case #24

This is a 28-year-old apartment locator from Friendswood, Texas, who came into our office interested in fuller breasts. She felt that she had lost volume after breastfeeding her 2 children. During her breast augmentation consultation at Houston Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, this patient's exam revealed nicely shaped A-cup breasts with no ptosis (drooping).

The surgeon recommended breast augmentation using 500cc silicone gel breast implants in order to achieve the look the patient was after. The procedure took place in our surgical suite in Webster, Texas. It took the surgeon approximately an hour to place the implants in a submuscular position (under the chest muscle) using an incision in the breast crease. After an hour in recovery, the patient was released to go home.

After several post-operative follow-ups, the patient was ready for her "after" photos (show here 3 months after surgery) and is delighted with her results.
