Breast Augmentation Case #33

This 40-year-old mother of one, who works in retail, came from Baytown, Texas, to find out about breast augmentation at Houston Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. She is 5’5” and weighs 140 pounds.

During her consultation, the patient stated she had been wanting to do this for a long time. The surgeon found her to be a great candidate for breast augmentation and her surgery was scheduled shortly thereafter in our private surgical suite in Webster, Texas.

To achieve the patient's desired look, the surgeon placed 400cc silicone gel breast implants under the chest muscle (submuscular position) using a breast crease incision (inframammary). Two days later, the patient returned to our office for her first follow up visit. Three months after her surgery, her "after" pictures were taken, and she is extremely happy with her results.
