Breast Augmentation Case #92

This is 40 year old single lady who not only works for Harley Davidson, but also rides one.  She is interested in a breast augmentation. During her consultation, the surgeon found nicely shaped large A cup breasts with no dominant masses and no ptosis, however, there was a slight volume difference. The left breast was slightly smaller than the right, something that could easily be corrected during the surgery. The recommendation was for breast augmentation using either silicone or saline implants. The patient opted for saline. The procedure took place in our private surgical suite in Webster, Texas, where the surgeon used an inframammary incision to place the 375cc saline implants in a submuscular position. Then, in order to achieve the look the patient desired and correct the size difference, the surgeon overfilled the right implant to 430ccs and the left to 490ccs. The surgery was successful and the patient went home the same day. She was able to return to work after a few days and was back on her Harley after a month thrilled with her new look.
