Breast Augmentation Case #50

This is a 19 year old young lady who works as a waitress in Baytown, Texas. She desires larger breasts. During her consultation in our Webster, Texas office, the surgeon found bilateral A cup breasts with prominent and protruding nipple areolar complex. There were no dominant masses and the breast mounds were generally symmetric. The recommendation was for breast augmentation using silicone gel implants, however, because of the patient’s financial status and her desires to have a “done look”, a saline implant would be a better option to achieve the results she is after. The procedure took place in our private surgical suite, where the surgeon placed 650cc saline implants in a submuscular position using an inframammary incision. Then to complete the procedure both implants were overfilled to 750cc. The patient went home the same day and was back to work 2 weeks later thrilled with her results.
